Today is the day we celebrate as Palm Sunday, and is the beginning of what some call “Holy Week.. The Bible reveals this time as when Jesus entered Jerusalem, and the crowds greeted him by waving palm branches, and setting down palm branches on his path. It was a time of celebrating and honoring Jesus but it was also when He began his journey to the cross to fulfill why God sent Him as the sacrificial Lamb for all mankind‘s sin. The Bible tells of this in Matthew 21:1-11; Mark 11:1-11; Luke 19:28-44; and John 12:12-19. May we take time this week to remember all that Jesus suffered on our behalf and may we honor Him every day of our lives.
