Making Words from Biblical Names - August 3

This week's Biblical name is Gileadites. In Numbers 26:29 we read that they are the descendants of Jacob's son Gilead. They settled in the mountainous region of the Trans-Jordan area and mention of them are found in several other books of the Old Testament.
