MAKING WORDS FROM THE BIBLE - September 3, 2007

Hi all!

Sorry for getting this posted late but was having some technical difficulties with my computer - or more accurately, getting into this site! But here we are, praise the Lord! In all things, give Him praise. That is a lesson we all need to learn.

This weeks book of the Bible is Proverbs. It was written sometime between 970 to 931 B.C. by Solomon during his reign. It is thought that chapters 25-29 was added to the book about 720 B.C. Proverbs is a book of "wisdom and instruction", showing how we are to walk in righteousness before God in our lives. It is a book to be read slowly, considered carefully and applied to our lives daily. Take time to read it this week and see what God has spoken through this book.
