This week’s book of the Bible is Nahum. It was written between 663 and 612 B.C. and is a sequel to Jonah. While God had delayed judgment on them 150 years earlier, Ninevah has become more evil than before. Nahum, a prophet of God warms Ninevah of God’s coming judgment and of His tells of His comfort to the Israelites.
