MAKING WORDS FROM THE NEW TESTAMENT BOOKS - 1 & 2 Corinthians - February 3, 2008

So far we have covered these books in the New Testament:

Acts
Romans

Now we are going to cover 1 & 2 Corinthians. Both of these books were written by the Apostle Paul, both being written between A.D. 55 and 57 and written for the church at Corinth. In the first letter Paul is trying to clear up some questions and adversity that had taken place in the Corinth church and he is striving to bring correction and unity to the body of Christ there. In Paul’s second letter to the church of Corinth he opens up his heart and reveals his love for the church and shares some of the trials he has endured in his walk. He shares words of wisdom and guidance as a spiritual father to the followers of Christ.
