Good morning Heavenly Father. Today we lift the state of Kansas to You, asking for Your hand of mercy and grace to touch it's land and heal it's people. When we think of Kansas wide open spaces comes to mind, fields of green seen for miles because of its flat land. Oh, Lord, that we Your people could see You so clearly before us! How we so desire that this would be, following after You with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. Help us to be holy as You are holy, faithful as You are faithful.
Lord, please forgive the injustices done on this land. Raise it up as one state among many states united in Christ Jesus, a land that knows Abba, God as their heavenly Father and is restored to Him through His Son. Touch the hearts of every person who lives in this state of Kansas and soften their hearts to hear Your sweet voice, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
