God's blessings to you all,
I come this morning to lift our dear nephew, Bob, in prayer and asking for others to lift him and those serving in the armed forces in prayer as well. Right now this young man is attending Ranger school and not having made it through the first time, he is retaking the program. Please pray that he make it through this time, that God will give him the strength and the protection to make it through thus fulfilling a goal in his life that he has worked so hard towards since he was a young boy.
There are very few children we have known who has had a dream when they were small and stayed with that dream and goal into their adult years. Bob is one of these people. He is a fine young man who we are very proud of. Having had the pleasure of his mom's company and that of his wife of only one year this week, it was a blessing to see the backing he has of family in his life. His wife is standing lovingly and encouragingly by his side, though she is making sacrifices as well. She is in need as well as are all the families of those who have their loved ones serving to protect this country. It is a selfless service and it is our duty to lift them in prayer, praying God's protection over each one of them, in Jesus' name. Lord, let these men and women see You as their rear guardAmen. Father, please send out your warring and ministering angels to stand beside them when they go out to battle and let the ploys of the enemy be turned back onto them, in Jesus' name let it be so.
