Glorious Heavenly Father today I lift unto you the state of Texas. Texas, the land that it’s people call the “Lone Star” state, but you Lord are there amongst the people and in the people. Please forgive their “pride” and “arrogance” for this is sin in your throne room and you cannot look upon sin. You have cast down the author of sin and all of his minions, reserved a place for them, and you are just waiting for the time of the final judgment.
Let your mercy abound through this state and it’s people. Soften their hearts as only you are able and bring the state of Texas and it’s people to into a knowledge of who you are and the love you have in your heart for them. Bring unto this state a repentance that is a true and acceptable repentance in your eyes. Allow the people of this state to worship you in spirit and in truth. Amen.
