Precious Father,
We come before You today with heavy hearts knowing the loss of lives that have taken place because of that bridge collapse in Minnesota yesterday. Today crews will be sent out to look for bodies of those who didn't make it, surmissing that no one left in that river could survive overnight. Holy One, You are our God of the impossible. All things are possible with You. Please, let them find survivors as they go out today, in Jesus' name we pray.
And Lord, we pray for the injured and the families that have been affected by this tragedy. Please send Your Comforter to them, revealing Him Who passes all understanding, the Prince of Peace. Strengthen them and upgird them, in Jesus' name! We beseech You for mercy, grace and guidance in the days ahead, not just for those in Minnesota but for all Your people in America and across the world. We are in desperate need of You. Our hope is in Him Who You sent. May multitudes hear of the precious name of Christ Jesus and may then turn to Him Who saved us and brought us back in right standing before You through His life, death, resurrection and eternal Life. Hallelujah.
Thank You, Holy One, for hearing and responding to our prayers in the name of Him Who cleansed us with His blood, Jesus. Blessed be His Name, now and forever more. Amen.
