Making Words From the Books of the Bible - July 23, 2007

Hi all,

So far we have worked with these books of the Bible:

Genesis
Exodus
Leviticus
Numbers
Deuteronomy
Joshua
Judges
Ruth

Now we are going to go into two books of the Bible, 1 & 2 Samuel. These books 1 Samuel continues where Judges left off, where Eli is the judge-priest and Israel is being oppressed by the Philistines. 1 and 2 Samuel is written as one book in the Hebrew Bible because they cover the on going story of Samuel, Saul, and David. Since we are not using numbers to do our words, we see this weeks books of the Bible:

So, how did you do with words for this week, SAMUEL? Here's some words I found:

10. sum

For such a small word, there are so many possiblities! Just like us. Sometimes we feel so small compared to others. But, oh, how God can use us if we allow Him to! Remember, David was a small shepherd boy but God used him to slay a GIANT!!! Glory to God! Don't ever underestimate what God can do through you!
